We are a urban farm located in Orange County California, growing microgreens that are extremely nutritious and delicious! 

 

Microgreens are young seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs harvested less than 14 days after germination. They are usually about 1-3 inches long and come in a rainbow of colors, which has made them popular in recent years as garnishes with chefs.

 

Our mission is to not only work with restaurants, but to get these microgreens delivered direct to you with our subscription service launching in February 2020 just for our Orange County area. Microgreens are up to 40x more nutrient dense as there mature counterparts! Perfect for adding a superfood kick to everything from salads to juices/smoothies.
